I founded and managed Fismo, a club and concert hall with two bars and 400 guest capacity. In 2004 we sold the venue to the Ziegelei Gastro GmbH and transformed the brand into a non-profit cultural institution (www.fismo.ch).
As the lead at Fismo I managed the acquisition of the entire infrastructure of the club Sensor in Zürich, the planning and construction according to regulations of Fismo in a decommissioned old brick factory and the general running of the venue with a team of up to 40 part-time workers.
